Photo Description
Beinn Ghobhlach is a good looking, enigmatic hill just across Loch Broom from Ullapool. The hill is highly visible and distinctive being built from characteristically terraced Torridonian Sandstone but is remote between the two Loch Broom’s without a road close by and it also falls well short of even Corbett status. This was the view from the north near Strathcanaird on an wet, windy autumn day just as a break in the cloud allowed rays of sun to shine through briefly giving the scene a stunning light.
